An engineer by profession I have owned a camera for a long as I can remember…

It was only since I joined Norwich & District Photographic Society nearly 10 years ago that I began to take photography more seriously. Originally, I concentrated mainly on landscape photography but nowadays increasingly I have become more interested in most aspects of outdoor photography.
I shoot with Canon EOS full frame DSLR cameras (5DS R and 5D Mk. IV), and I have a variety of L lenses including 8-15mm f/4 fisheye, 16-35mm f/2.8, 24-70mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.4, 70-200mm f/2.8, 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 and 1.4X extender plus a Ziess 21mm f/2.8 Distagon . I also use a range of Lee filters and Gitzo tripod.
I process my images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CC and Nik Collection but the ultimate for me is to hold, for the first time, a finished print of one of my photographs.
I love being out in the landscape in all weather conditions both here in the UK and further afield where my camera allows me to explore and also to record the ever-changing world. Besides, photographying outdoors I also enjoy from time to time studio photography as you will see from my gallery.
