Returning to normal…

Last summer I had great plans to get out and photograph a number of waterfalls around the UK but alas the covid pandemic put a stop to all those plans. Now with the introduction of the Government’s Roadmap and the general easing of covid restrictions it has at long last been possible to start getting out and about once more. However, with us all being asked to continue to minimise our travel for the timebeing I’ve restricted my movements to the locations I can easily reach on the Norfolk Coast and some walks along the River Little Ouse from Santon Downham where the normal activity of Spring has begun.

In the coming weeks I have trips planned to the Peak District which will be followed by a few days on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset. Ironically, I was staying near Corfe Castle near to the iconic locations of Harry’s Rocks, Kimmeridge Bay, Durdle Door and Portland Bill when last March the pandemic first struck forcing a hasty retreat home - it will be great to go back and I look forward to posting some details about my trips in the coming weeks and months…!
